"So far, I love this bed. I just bought the Pacbed original. I was very hesitant about buying a bed online. There are 2 stores in my area that carry this brand so I went and tested them. I ordered the bed online and it arrived a couple of days later. I was able to put the american hardwood foundation together in about 30 minutes. It was very easy. I put the mattress on top of the foundation and cut it open. It did have a smell but it went away after a couple of hours and it wasn't terrible at all. I've slept cooler than my last bed and I feel like I sleep better. I recommend this mattress. "

"FYI, I never rate anything 5 stars. There is always room for improvement. In this case, the correct mattress arrived as expected. It was easy to set up and I love sleeping on it. My only negative was that there were no markings on the mattress to identify size or top/bottom. Only warnings that if it was wrong and I had already opened it, the free return warranty was void. Well, the only way to verify size was to open it. So I had to call customer service before opening it to verify. Simple. No problem."
