"Product: I got the entry model memory foam bed, and it really does provide great comfort. I look forward to sleeping at night. One small issue I have is with the quality of the foundation and the frame: for the foundation, a few of the slats had splintered edges, and drill holes were sloppy (shavings and fragments still attached from drilling). For the frame, it really wasn't a big deal but I was surprised to see a lot of the areas looked "rubbed" or "sanded" like it had come into friction with something, and gave me a feeling of low quality when I initially looked it the components. But like I said it's not a big deal, nobody's going to see it, and that thing keeps the bed sturdy as hell.

Service: I had a little bit of an issue with BedinaBox, but I think they hadn't it relatively well (if not 100% to my satisfaction). There was an existing sale for $100 off that I had received conflicting information about from two of their staff members, and I was ultimately denied that deal from my customer service rep. After a mix-up with my expected price (which was partially my mistake, and also partially the company's), I wanted some compensation and received $100 off. I appreciated the offer, but assume that it is the same $100 off they could have given me originally through the sale (but chose not to, after one rep had already told me it could be done), and therefore represented the least of their possible efforts to make me happy (and spread the word!)

Shipping: it arrived about 4 days after I placed my order, maybe even 3. It seemed like no time. However, the delivery company (FedEx, I believe) left the friggin' thing on my doorstep with no communication with anyone. Brutal.

For what it's worth, my summary is that it's an above-average mattress, an almost above-average foundation and frame, and satisfactory service.
