"The bed in a box processing and shipping leaves something to be desired. I put in my order on Friday and expected it to process and ship on Monday. I received an email on Monday that there was a gliche in their system and that it would ship on Tuesday. On Tuesday I was told it would ship Wednesday, and then on Wednesday I received no confirmation. After work I sent them an email to see what the hold up was and on Thursday I received an email that it had in fact shipped on Wednesday. Since finally receiving the bed we are happy as it is a great sleeping experience. I just hope they can better streamline their processing, shipping and communication processes. "
