"The mattress came very quickly but the foundation was 3 days late and the headboard brackets are back ordered. Bedinabox customer service was helpful though and very fast to respond to my email. The mattress is very comfortable so far and was easy to set up. "

"While BedInABox did everything promised on your end, FedEx did not deliver the package for a week. It was on the FedEx truck on Saturday, but did not get delivered until Friday afternoon --after repeated calls and promises that it would be delivered earlier. Your customer service was terrific in helping us get FedEx to deliver the bed, but I would highly recommend that BedInABox consider a different carrier. The frustration with FedEx soured the experience for us although we know it was definitely not the fault of BedInABox."
