"The only negative was how long it took to rangle the queen matteress out of the bag...what a chore, two men and me to get it free. Then it was a joy to see it grow to the size of the platform frame. It's a little to firm for me as a side sleeper and regretfully I was sent to Washington to assist with the Oso Mudslide so I will have to finish my ajustment when I return home again. Wonderful matteress overall, customer service was very helpful and let me know that I may need another gel top that is less firm to get the best experience from the mattress. The gel pillow for side sleepers is awesome."

"Bed was delivered on time and was easy to set up. The foundation looked like it was going to be quite a bit of work, but it went to together very quickly. Bed has some odor (only a slight amount to me, but my wife is much more sensitive to it) so we are letting it air out a couple nights before we sleep on it. The bed feels like what we were expecting, but we have not slept on it yet which is why I gave it 4 stars."
