"I ordered the queen sized PacBed Original Gel mattress late in the evening on 2/11/2014. I received notification on 2/13 that my order had been shipped with an expected delivery date of 2/14. Due to two major snow/ice storms down South and the President's Day holiday, FedEx didn't deliver my mattress until 2/20. When the package arrived, it contained all of the items I ordered.

Prior to buying my mattress, one of the leading complaints with memory foam mattresses is the initial off gassing so I had anticipated that this may be an issue. I'm happy to report that aside from a slight odor the first night, the off gassing was unnoticeable.

I've slept on the mattress the past 4 nights and in that short period, the quality of my sleep has dramatically improved. I can't exactly pinpoint how much of this change can be attributed to how bad my previous mattress is vs. how good my PacBed is but all I can say is that my experience thus far has been spectacular. I'm hesitant to say I would recommend this bed based upon the limited amount of time I've used it but so far it has been a positive change from my previous mattress. "

Also, why do manufacturers feel it is necessary to use allen head bolts for everything nowadays? Do you not realize how much easier a phillips head or hex head would help us. To be able to use a cordless drill or just a hand held screwdriver instead of that piece of junk 2" allen wrench would be so much quicker. "
