"It's hard to have a "good" experience with the mattress because the odor is very strong. The first few weeks it was so strong it was waking me up at night. I could smell the odor through the mattress pad, sheets and comforter. It has dissipated somewhat, but it is still there. Just this week, I noticed the smell on my pajamas!!! It is also VERY HOT! I wake up continuously through the night either sweating and throwing the sheets off, or cold because I have thrown the sheets off. As far as comfort/support, I do believe it is much better than the inner spring mattress I replaced. I did report the odor issue to customer service (within the first week), and they told me to open the windows and let it air out.....difficult to do when it was only 7 degrees outside. But I did. Not sure how much it helped, still had to wash my sheets and mattress pad every day because of the odor they were absorbing."
