We had a special request to wrap our order in extra plastic because we were expecting a lot of rain, and our order arrived extra wrapped and dry! The mattress is just a little more firm that we expected, but it is very comfortable. There is no tossing and turning or "getting used to it". It's just comfortable right out of the box. "I was very happy with my product and the speed of service. I ordered my bed on a Sunday and had it in my apartment by Wednesday. There was only a slight smell from the off-gassing, but that dissipated within a couple of days. Before I purchased, I was worried because I didn't get a chance to try it out first, but based on the reviews, I decided to go for it. I'm happy I did. Maybe the bed is a little less firm than I would have chosen for myself, but I have found it VERY comfortable to sleep on."
