"I am very pleased with the bed. The delivery process was quite unpleasant though. It came in two shipments in two days. I live in an urban neighborhood in a townhome so I am not comfortable having something left at my door. That said, I wasted two days sitting at home waiting for the deliveries. It would be a lot more convenient if you used a service that would enable customers to make an appointment. I called FedEx to try and get an idea of when things would be delivered and the best I could get were estimates on days. Not very helpful. "
