"Terms of sale were not clear. Incentives were misleading. My $1400 Cdn order was well over $2200 by the time I received it. Seller was not helpful with shipping problem and lots of hidden fees. Advise Canadians strongly against purchasing from this US-based retailer. Where the prices look too good to be true they are. Two thumbs down for Bellacor."
"I should have researched this company before making a purchase. This is absolutely the WORST online company I've ever dealt with. I purchased curtains, which I could have bought from other well known companies with superior customer service but thought I would give them a try. What a MISTAKE! The curtains did not match what their picture showed. OK no problem right? Just make a return? Well it took two WEEKS just to get a return label! WOW. I had to call several times to let them know I was waiting for the label so I can make the return. Once I finally got the label, I shipped it out the same day. And now it has been 20 DAYS and no email notification stating they received the return.. No refund. NOTHING! I called on day 20 and they said they received the item the very next day of me shipping it!!! How can an online company be this pathetically unprofessional. You have the ugly curtains back, where is my refund? Why do I have to call, email and WAIT 20 DAYS AND COUNTING. STILL NOTHING?? I really hope this "company" shuts its online doors so people do not have to deal with the stress of this place!! "
"Item arrived damaged. The value vs quality is suspect pending arrival of replacement. After calling twice, we are still waiting for replacement, and shipping instructions on how to send back damaged product. Customer service said will put a rush on order. Both times customer service advised will reply the same day, and have NOT. Please send me follow-up survey to see if survey rating is better "
"after discussing at length with customer service my choices on kitchen knobs, nothing was mentioned about a restocking fee. I knew that a return would be paid by the buyer, but they also dock a 25% "fee" in addition to the customer paying for the return.
This is listed in fine print when you drill down to customer service and then returns.

"Well experience was ok until I opened the shipping box & 1st cartoon in the box. Numerous large, round black/brownish bugs came out. Drug box outside & it is still outside. Called exterminator but he can't come until week of 3/27. Have used 3 bug bombs and killed at least 15 of the bugs.
So experience not so good!"
