"US Buyers beware!! I ordered 2 shirts, a flannel and a knit. The quality was horrible and not the shirts pictured on the their website. The colors were different, the flannel was polyester, and the knit was silk screened. I was told that to return the shirts, I would need to pay for shipping to China. After a series of emails, the best the company would offer was a 60% refund. Their products are not what they picture on their website and very poor quality!!!! I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau."

"You need to ensure the items you purchase are allowed to be refunded. Then, to get a refund you need to contact Bellelily.
Upon contacting them to return items that didn’t fit it did not like, their response was “For the inconvenience,we will refund 15% of the items for you.Is there any chance you can keep them for your friend or family?
Looking forward to your early reply.
Your support and understanding will be highly appreciated.”
After further communication they stated that shipping cost was high and it would be cheaper to keep the items!
When I stated I was still looking for a full refund, they stopped communicating. "

"The clothes I received look nothing like the pictures that were provided. I also received a shirt that was the wrong size and another shirt that looked like it wasn't even close to the shirt I ordered. The quality was awful and the sizes were not anything like shown in the pictures."

"The clothes look like nothing they advertise they are cheaply made. The shoes look like something you purchase from a thrift store. Don’t waste your time and don’t waste your money purchasing from this company the clothes are shipped from China. Clothes ship from China either are too too small or in this case too too big!!! You have to pay for shipping in order to send the clothes back and shipping it back to China is extremely expensive so you end up being stuck with the clothes!!"
