"Purchased a GOOGLE ANDRIOD STAR 7" TABLET by PANDIGITAL on 7/18/13 from BEN'S OUTLET. The Tablet arrived on time, worked perfectly for 2 3/4 months then nothing. Tablet was showing that it was working just no connection. Contacted BEN'S OUTLET twice (2 week interval)by customer service the by my personal text, Received an AUTOMATED TEXT THAT SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME WITH 24 HOURS. 1,2,3,4 weeks later..NO ANSWER..NO CALL...NO EMAIL..NO MAIL..NO AUTOMATED TEXT! So I Googled PANDIGITAL.COM...THEY DO NOT EXIST ANYMORE! WEBSITE WAS SOLD!!! $40 plus down the drain! At least BEN'S OUTLET could have had the COMMON COURTESY TO SEND 1 EMAIL! I'm done with this website!"
"I ordered a "Cuisinart Pulp Control Citrus Juicer w/ 3-Pulp Settings, Final Spin, Extra-Long Snapup Spout & Dishwasher Safe." Fairly self explanatory. I received A package right on time. But it contained a Cuisinart stick blender. I already have one I never use and don't want this one. I am in the process of attempting to contact them for the SEVENTH time with no response. At least I finally found an actual e-mail address instead of their "Contact Us" page on their website. But they do not publish a phone number so I am at their mercy as far as getting any kind of response."
"Hesitant after reading some of the other reviews here, but I had a completely normal / pain-free experience with Ben's Outlet. I purchased a set of sunglasses at a good price, which shipped out after two business days. They arrived quickly and in good condition. E-mail communication included the invoice and shipping notification with UPS tracking number.

"I ordered a golf bag from them on July 23, 2013. Funny thing is, I never got any email confirmation for my order, but my credit card got charged the full amount. I wrote to them twice, and both responses said my order did not go through, and the charges on my credit card should be a hold, and will clear up in 24-48 hours. So I called my bank on July 26th, and they confirmed to me that the charge is real, not a hold.
I'm currently asking Bensoutlet to refund me the full amount. Hope it works out, otherwise I'll have to go for a credit card dispute.

"I've been ordering from Ben's outlet since early 2012 with several purchases made. I've had no issues with any of them until recently. I received something that was not what I thought I was getting and what was advertised. Customer service responded to my email within a day, and resolved it to my satisfaction! Because of their quick response time and more than fair resolution I will continue to buy from them."

"Ordered a radar detector from them and waited. Got a confirmation that it shipped. Tracking number 92748931507716513042720528, but a while latter got an email saying they were out of stock. Looked on the site and they still had it for sale. Never got the radar detector but at the time of this review it is still listed on the site (over 3 weeks since original purchase). Not really sure what they are trying to do. They don't respond to emails and also do not respond to the form on their website.
**** UPDATE 7/15 **** Debra A. was somehow able to resolve this issue and get the product shipped to me. I have updated the review to 3 stars to reflect the work on her part. In all it still seems way more complicated than it should have been to get the product. I am still hesitant to do more business with this company due to the long times between steps to identify and resolve an issue. If I had not written the review here, I do not believe I would have ever received the product."
"I ordered 2 of the Sony DVD players 6/12/13 and received ONE on 6/25/13. I have emailed the company several times because I was charged for 2 it shows 2 were shipped but only one arrived. I have received NO response at all. It doesn't show it was on back order and I was charged in fact the order slip has 2 being shipped. I've never used this company before and I think it's really poor customer service to charge me and not deliver what I paid for OR if there's an issue I should have received something indicating that. I don't know what to do. "
"DONT DO IT!! I ordered an HD antenna for my TV and never received it. Been waiting weeks now for a refund. Tried contacting customer service multiple times, got one response saying they would give me a refund. That was quite some time ago.
Refund in advanace??? thats a joke. I guess a refund in advance means a month and a half after the item was purchased. I would like to know what the standard time is for a refund if mine was "issued on good faith in advance" what a joke! "
"[UPDATE] To be fair there was an update on this order. Customer support contacted me and they were eager to resolve this. Not only did they refunded for the original order that was not fulfilled but they send the product free of charge when they restocked. Customer support did come through. Thumbs up !!!"
"I purchased 2 Rokus from Ben's Outlet on April 29 for $59.99 each with free shipping. I was given a tracking number. The items were scheduled to be delivered on May 14, 2013. When I checked the tracking number on the 15th to find out where they were it said they had been returned to sender. I contacted ben's Outlet 4 times before receiving a response. The response was they had an overwhelming amount of orders for the Rokus and they were sold out and I would be refunded my money. I was refunded my money, however as of right now, the exact same Rokus are still for sale for the same price and it says on their website they are 70% stocked with this product."
"BUYER BEWARE when oredering electronic merchandise from Ben's outlet. ALL their electronics are REFURBISHED. This means the original owner had issues with it was returned to the original seller. They supposed recondition it by fixing it and then they fiind a retailer like Ben's outlet to sell it to. They come with a 39 day warranty. That is it.
i bought a pair of Turtle beach headphones for my son to use when he is here and they didn't last 30 days before they quit working. You can't contact Ben's Outlet for the warranty they make you submit through a website to a nationel refurb company which is VERY inconvenient as they don't seem to want to stand behind what they sell.
I will see what transpires with this but I hope they will replace the item and that ii have better luck with teh next iitem."
"I recently made my first purchase from Ben's Outlet; a Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300 Power Pack External Battery. Unfortunately, the item was defective; not holding a full charge and overheating while charging and while in use. I timely reported the problem to their customer service department and received a prompt reply with authorization / directions to return.
The shipping cost to return the item, as instructed, was $10.05. I reported the shipping details to their customer service department and received their reply with a very generous offer to reimburse me for that cost.
Frankly, I am in awe that they would be willing to cover the return shipping costs. They have gained a long-time loyal Ben's Outlet customer. I appreciate their business integrity and the value that they place on the very highest of quality customer service and care.
I commend Ben's Outlet for their business ethics and will return in the future to do further business with them.
