"I purchased what I thought was a new Pandigital 7 inch tablet , when it arrived it was clearly used , had been opened , Face had long scratches on it , the screen saver had been applied and did not fit properly . I emailed them with my dissatisfaction and was told it was a refurb and was offered a 6.00 refund which I did not accept. The battery would not hold a charge . I contacted them for a return label which never came so I ....researched them online and found an address , it was returned as undeliverable . Contacted again , to be told thru email they would send another label directly from UPS , which has not come . Any company that does not furnish a customer service contact number on there online website has something to hide . They do not want to be contacted by the public ... I also contacted the NYPD , a real joke there .. but I have filed a complaint with the USPS as they are selling used merchandise as new , I suggest doing the same if you are dissatisfied with the quality of merchandise you have recieved . "I purchased a refurbished D-Link Movie Nite box about January 5, 2013. I was anxious to see how it compared to a Roku box, but it wouldn't turn on. I returned it the next day with an RMA, by the way the return postage was $10.00. That was on Jan. 16. I requested a replacement to be sent but instead I received a refund on the 25th. I think since you couldn't replace it you should refund my postage too. What's your view on this?"
" I had never done an online purchaseand made the mistake of buying an item that I thought was something else. When I received the confirmation it surprised me that it was not what I wanted. Sending an email back to Bens Outlet about the mistake. An email was then sent back that they would sent me a shipping label via the internet. I download the the UPS label affixed it to the unopened package and sent it back. Being my first internet purchase I wondered if I would ever see the money. Bens Outlet refunded the purchase price back to my Pay Pal account I was relieved and happy. I recommend this way of shopping it sure does save gas."
"Ordered two 269.00 cameras. I have only received one. All emails keep telling me I should try to locate my order. I have asked to be contacted by phone, no response. I got an email stating my order had shipped only to find out the tracking code was not valid. If I do not get a response soon I will have to contact my credit card. I am very disappointed with the customer service or should I say lack of customer service I have received."
