"I had made an order for a Steelseries v2 headset, I had gotten an E-mail confirmation and after that no contact at all.

Three days passed and I sent an E-mail requesting information on the order for a tracking number or anything at all, no response.

Six days later I sent another E-mail to finally get a response the next morning saying that my order did not go through though my payment is a hold that my bank account issued.

I payed through Paypal and Ben's outlet has had possession my money since the 25th of March. I was lied to and I feel that there is some VERY SHADY business methods going on at Ben's Outlet.

I will not ever purchase again from here nor recommend it to anyone."
