"As a lawyer in California, I was very skeptical about ordering from a company in New York I was not familiar with. I decided, after talking to Brad Berger, that I was comfortable with dealing with Brad and his company. I have received the Canon EOS 40D camera I ordered and love the camera. My thanks to Brad for the efficent manner in which it was delivered as well as his taking the time out to provide such excellent service. A California lawyer who now appreciates a New York camera internet site and who will order again in the future."

"I purchased a Canon 1D Mark III from Berger Bros, which they delivered to me on September 13th. The camera was out of stock from nearly every reputable retailer; Berger Brothers said that they could have one to me in September. On September 10th they called to let me know they were shipping the camera.

What impressed me the most, however, was their customer response during the sale. Most retailers would barely give me the time of day, but were more than happy to take my credit card number. Berger Brothers was honest about their shipment frequency and wait list time. They provided me an email address and phone number to check on the status of my order. They returned every call and answered every email. I was so impressed with their owners and reps that I'm recommending them to my clients.

If you're looking for a supplier where you actually feel like a client and not a number, give them a call.

"I purchased a 1DMark III, extra battery lPE4, and hand strap E-1. I dealt with Lisa and Brad. They went out of the way to make sure that I was ordering the right products and to insure that my order was correct. They were very professional all the way. I needed my order shipped to another address and they verified that there was no fraud in the transaction. I was impressed that they took the time andd effort to do this. I needed the order shipped next day air and my order was delivered as promised. Highly recomend this company will be doing business with them again. Great service."

"My experience with Berger Brothers was EXCELLENT!

I ordered the Nikon AFS 200-400 mm F4G IF-ED VR Zoom online June 4. Lisa informed me on June 5 that the lens was not in stock, but they would do everything to get one for me. Given the option of waiting and working with them, or trying another dealer, I opted to stay with Berger Brothers. I SURE AM HAPPY I DID!

Over the next seven days Lisa updated me on progress, and on June 11 said she had located a lens that was being messengered to their store, and they would ship it to me that afternoon. I was leaving on a photo journey June 16 and really wanted the new lens. Shipped second day air, I had the lens early on June 13, giving me plenty of time to play with it before leaving town.

When a product is not available, customers can be disappointed, even frustrated. They did not know me from a mountain goat, I'd never ordered from them before. They treated me like I was a longtime customer. Lisa and Brad, the owner, conveyed confidence that a lens would become available. And it did. They honored their promise to me. Customer service was friendly, accurate, and freely offered. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Berger Brothers, and intend to buy from them again.

"I purchased many items from this store over the years. I have always been treated fairly and honestly. Brad has often gone out of his way to accomodate my photographic needs. His inventory is amazing, I have yet to find something he does not have or can't get in a reasonable time. I purchased my Nikon D70s and lens from him and his price was not the lowest but it was close and fair. I have recommended him to many of my co-workers and all have raved about his business practices and pricing.

"I could not have been more impressed with Berger Brothers. They had the lowest online price on a camcorder I was in the market to purchase. I ordered online through them. The next day, I learned that they were out of stock. Lisa at Berger Bros apologized for the misprint. She then took the time to track down the camcorder in another state and had it overnighted to my house. Fantastic, personal attention and concern for the customer. I am 100% satisfied."

"top notch from ny to oklahoma.. very pleased with sony dcr-sr100 for 200 cheaper than locally. was slightly upset to find out battery was 15 more than listed on their own web site and given lame excuse that talking to a person deserves a higher premium. this was easily corrected with absolutely no problems. i liked the fact that berger bros is an authorized sony dealer and is listed on sony's website. brad is very helpful and seems very fair. quality of service was high and that is all this review is intended to represent.."
