I purchased two on a Sunday (holiday weekend) so we could bring our bikes on a road trip planned for the following Mon. It wasn't until I got my purchase confirmation via email that I was informed it may take 2-4 business days to ship. I freaked out a little and followed up with a call on Monday but they were closed. It was finally shipped Thurs and luckily only took a day to get here. We received it Friday afternoon in good condition. My husband installed them both in about an hour.
