"I purchased 4 weeks before Christmas a set of binoculars as a gift. They offered free on time shipping, I received an e-mail after I ordered the binoculars telling me that they would be late. Once I received the item, it showed up broken. I immediately contacted the company and they directed me to mail back the item to Hong Kong since that is where they shipped them from. I did and sent them all the information, after 11 requests for status; they never replaced the item and/or my money. They lack customer service and commitment to their customers. I consider my money stolen at this point 6 months after the purchase. I would never buy anything from them again and I do not recommend anybody else do."
