"I ordered a Nintendo DS lite bottom LCD screen on March 24, 2011 from BestOfferBuy.com. I also ordered the mini screwdriver set so I could fix my daughter's DS lite. (All this for under $12, with free shipping!!) I received the shipment just 10 days later, much faster than I was expecting. And with some help from an online tutorial, had my daughter's DS fixed within an hour.

"This is a horrible website to deal with. I paid for my item using express mail, about double the cost of the item itself hoping it would arrive in a timely fashion knowing overseas shipping does take time with customs. I was sent an email 3 days later (Wednesday) notifying me that the item they had listed as in stock was actually no longer available and was given an oportunity for a substitue. Not knowing of this issue, the email went unchecking until I came across it on Friday (4/8). Now by this point, I was already expecting the item to be on its way to only find out it they didn't have it.

I was okay with the subsitute on the item I purchased, only until they sent an email reply saying it would now take up to "3 BUSINESS days" for them process the order before they ship it out. (quoted from the email).

At this point I am livid and just want my money back, so I asked that if they could not process and ship out my order that day to simply refund my money back in PayPal. I have still yet to receive my refund (4/9).

I should've checked the other ratings on this website before I delt with this company. They are shady and have zero customer service. The didn't even do or offer anything to accommodate for their error.

Ohh, and the item that was not in stock is still showing as available on their website! SKETCHY!"
