"I purchased $50 worth of items from the company, due to being in singapore (or china, which i believe is the warehouse location) it took a month for my "package" to arrive at the post office. A note was left in my mailbox that a damaged parcel was waiting for me at the post office and when i went to check it the post-master informed me that all they recieved was an empty smashed package. A thin cardboard box which would have never been able to hold the relatively heavy products i ordered. Having never touched the package myself the post-master rejected it for me and had it returned to the sender. Now i have been dealing with customer service forever and they are now claiming the box that was sent back to them "is not their packaging" even though it is their label on the package and has never been in anyones hands but theirs and those of the postal services.

I highly reccomend not doing business with this company as they will shrug off your orders and pretend it wasnt even theirs when anything goes wrong, which with packaging like they used i wouldnt be surprised if it happens often.

My order was in late February and i have still yet to actually recieve a product from them. I will not be doing business with this company in the future unless my original order is taken care of immediately (im tired of talking with customer service and explaining time and time again i never once even touched the package and that its their own fault for not using better shipping materials). It would take alot for me to ever consider putting faith back into purchasing there."
