The only little problem I had was with an early order of mine where I wasn't 100% happy with the product and they avoided giving me my cash back which was a little annoying but instead they offered me a 10% discount off my next order which worked out better for me anyway. "DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a portable A A battery emergency phone charger. I first checked it would fit my nokia phone but it does not. It only goes partway into the charger place and will not charge. I have had 2 replacement connectors sent to me and have sent them 2 photos. after all this time all I want is a replacement charger that will work or a refund. Neither is forthcoming. I do not even know their address and unlike a British company I cannot ring them only e-mail contact. If it was a British company I could have returned the goods and got a refund. Beware it's ok when things go right but hopeless in my case."
