BestOfferBuy charges 20% on returns of free shipping items and requires you to pay the shipping back, meaning that it would end up costing me as much to get it returned as it would be to buy another battery. While it may not be their fault that the item was defective, their return policy does leave something to be desired. Caveat Emptor."

1) They have the wrong description and pictures of the product, and delivered the WRONG PRODUCT.

2) They send merchandise to US as "gift" violating US laws

3) They do not post bad reviews on their pages.
