However since they are shipping from China it usually takes about a month or more to arrive so order early or upgrade your shipping. I recommend ordering from them, just plan ahead about 1.5-2 months before you want it to arrive."

The worst service / worst products I think I have ever received from a "distant seller" (Hong Kong). I ordered 4 items, and despite accepting (not as good) "substitutes" for items that were no longer available, my order was shipped (incomplete). A month later I receive the order, but one item, which was 95% of the value of the order, was missing (it seems this is how they operate). I was given some lame excuses (all different), but only after supplying photos of the packing slip. I had to raise a dispute through Paypal, as these clowns are time-wasters. Again, weeks later I received a refund but the amount of effort to get the money was extraordinary!!
Apparently the item missing was no longer available (E17724) BAIT!! (and no substitute) but months after this statement from BestOfferBuy the item *still* appears on their website and apparently "in stock", waiting for someone else to be hooked and reeled in.
There appear to be some very suspicious reviews about the level of service previous customers have received. Left by the BestOfferBuy without a doubt. Why would someone leave 5 stars and still haven't received the product!! Just read a few of the positive ones and you'll see what I mean. The negative reviews are exactly what you should expect!
A more apt description would be "WorstOfferBuy"!!
The products I did get (wireless antennas) had a direct short circuit and would have destroyed any receiver or transmitter. USELESS! Am I going to bother myself with more arguments, no, these items will go straight in the bin.

"A full week after my order I was contacted by customer support to inform me that the flashlight was not in stock and no longer being made. They offered me a cheaper and inferior product as an alternative (when they have many that are more similar) but no refund of the difference was offered. Essentially they wanted to keep my money for a more expensive item and send me a cheaper one. I chose a refund and to their credit it was processed quickly with no trouble.
However, I informed them in my reply that the item was still active... and it is still active NOW! What kind of company leaves you hanging for a week on an out of production item and then leaves it active for others to try to buy? This whole experience makes me feel like they are running a bait and switch game.
