"Worst store and worst product quality I've ever experienced, period (about 3/4 of what I received did not work, and one of the items nearly blew out the EXPENSIVE piece of equipment I was attaching it to!). In addition, they simply never even sent about half of the items in my order, and in the dozen plus emails we exchanged never gave me an explanation for that (though I asked in almost every email). They continued to deflect my questions and request pictures of the items I had received. What I sent them was graphic pictures of the utter failure of the products they had sent and repeated requests regarding the status of the items I had not received.

Finally, presumably because they were so tired of hearing from me, they refunded me the money I had spent on the horrendously defective products I received and the products that, for some inexplicable reason, they had never even sent (in over a month). The one redeemable thing I can say about them.

"I was super excited when i had puchused the Designer 2.2' LCD MP3/AVI/MP4 Player with 300KP Camera for myself and my bf. I do have to give kudos for shipping it was super fast from out of the country. Quality was horrible. The players only have a run time of approx 30 min. BOTH OF THEM ARE THIS WAY! Plus the product didnt come with the correct male part of the charger. the charger had round male parts instead of flat rectagle. Also there was no disk. All that i got was ear phones the mp4 player and the wrong charger. you have to keep the player perfectly still too or it will change your music on its own... Not happy with product at all!!"
