Do not buy ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY!!! I’ve purchased thousands and thousands of dollars from Best Buy and has been an elite member for years and ALSO have geek squad membership. So if there was any thing called a SUPER MEMBER I WAS IT!! Not to mention I purchased extended warranties on all my products.
The issue: I purchased an 85” SONY TV WITH THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. I started having a pixelated problem during Covid i went to the store, It was DURING my warranty period and they informed me there was no service being rendered at this time because no one was going into customer homes. I went back TWICE DURING my warranty period. But for the same answer. After the store open back up to the public with out the lines out front. I went BACK in to my SAME sale guy. Asked him can I finally get this pixel problem with this 85” SONY fixed? He came back and told me I was NOW out of warranty and Best Buy would NO LONGER SERVICE MY TELEVISION OR HONOR MY EXTENDED WARRANTY! Worst customer service at the Pembroke Pines Florida store don’t buy ANYTHING THERE!
Mind you, I own a small two small businesses here in the area and will put up a notice to ALL MY CUSTOMERS NEVER SHOP FOR MAJOR APPLIANCES AT BEST BUY!!! Also as a matter of fact I will be closing my store credit card as well!!! Worst retailer EVER!!!"

"“On 12/10/2021, I ordered a Samsung electric range and cord for Best Buy in Yuma, AZ for $850. I only placed this order after being guaranteed that it would be delivered on 12/23/2021. I received several emails stating that my order was on the way. On 12/23/2021, I received a call from Best Buy and was told that they did not have my range, didn't know where it was or if it would ever come? I panicked and went to the store. I was then told by a Manager that they didn't know what happened and had canceled the order. I was told that I would receive a refund in one (1) business day for the range and that the cord had to be placed back into stock for me to get a refund. I went home livid. Then I started doing research on Best Buy's return policy and learned that it actually takes 7 to 10 business days. I panicked because I needed this money for Christmas. I called Best Buy's customer service department 3 times and was told everything from I canceled the order which I did not, Chase debit cards don't work at Best Buy (they had no problem withdrawaling the funds), to if you are that unhappy sir, shop somewhere else. I reported the situation to Chase who is going to resolve the issue for me. Bottom line, if you buy from Best Buy and have an issue, Good luck, they are not going to help! I will NEVER shop there again"

"My wife came in to best buy at the Chesapeake Square location and wanted to purchase 2 pairs of samsung earbuds from then but she specifically asked the sales employee if she could exchange them if they're defective. Employee said yes without any issues even though the sale was through samsung but had to be picked up at that best buy location. She asked before the purchase and when she picked both pairs up, one of them were defective so she went back to best buy to exchange them for another pair and manager said that we would have to go through samsung. Manager said that we will train their employees better on the policies and simply apologized. This is the last time we will be shopping there. The worse experience to date."

"Computer was easy to install but within a few hours, the monitor turned a light purple in color. Hooked up a lap top to see if it was the brand new curve monitor, and it was not.
