"I was in the market for a new PC, and I was trying to get it over with during a move. Unfortunately, there was some unknown issue with my bank, and despite having the funds, *and* calling my bank to make sure there were no issues(there weren't), Best Buy employees kept insisting there was one. I decided to deal with this once I got settled into my new place, and the manager I spoke with insisted that I could talk to an employee and they could bring the deal that was going on that week back for me at a later date. That didn't happen. Hence why I'm only giving 4 stars, and the only reason I'm giving that many is because the man that helped me when I finally did go to buy my computer was incredibly helpful, understanding, and honest. He made sure I got what I was looking for with everything I needed for it, and the computer I ended up with has been wonderful so far. Huge upgrade from what I used to have, that's for sure! I highly recommend just going to a store in person and talking things over with a real human being, instead of someone reading a script over the phone. The first sales associate I talked to over the phone was very helpful, however. His name was Justin, very nice man. Unfortunately I can't recall the name of the employee that helped me in-store."

When I ordered my PC, they sent me emails with the order, and tracking information. My order arrived on time. I will definitely recommend Best Buy for all your technology purchases. "

"I just got this PC and I couldn't have asked for more. It runs all the games I've been playing at max settings and is great with multitasking. It is quite big; I will say that. The look is amazing and it was easy to just plug in and play once I got it. Though, it was very hard to get the foam out when I unboxed the PC."

"From the second I walked into the store I felt unwelcomed. Nobody acknowledged me, I was left to search the store for what I needed and the entire time the employees that did see me would take up a position nearby and pretend to be working the entire time watching me as if I was some kind of thief. I had already ordered my PC and was there to pick it up and add a flight simulator joystick and some headphones. I wished I had not bought the PC already because that store did not deserve my business. I will NEVER shop at best buy ever again. Especially in the Redding CA store. They ought to be ashamed of the way they treat customers. I work in retail and wouldn't imagine ever giving such horrible service to anybody. "
