It's the second time i orded from beyond the rack and twice the transaction goes wrong. Yes i got reimburse and yes i got a credit for a next purchase but it's annoying. Maybe it's only coincidence but twice in a row is not a stellar performance in my book.
I indeed will not go to your website as a go to shopping destination.

I have received the incorrect item or size on 4 occasions out of about 15 orders so overall it is not too bad, however when I have inquired regarding receiving the correct item I was informed by customer service that I could simply put a note with my refund and that the correct item or size would then be sent to me. This has never happened, and instead i was refunded when I did want the correct item that i had ordered."

"I used to look forward to Beyond The Racks events. They have done this to me twice with items that I really was looking forward to receiving (BTR cancelled my orders with no reason). You think that Beyond the Rack could better resolve these issues or offer other solutions on how to get the same product, I did receive a $10 credit but I am afraid to shop again knowing that it may not come again and just get cancelled, it may just be my luck I understand this does not happen to everyone.
Thank for you for your effort and I will check back with the site in a couple of months, the shipping takes forever so if you see something you would like to wear or use that following week, forget it, it takes 3-4 weeks. yikes.

"I'm happy with the overall shopping experience, but I have a real frustration with this shipping process. If you are going to charge $11.95 shipping that provides a tracking number, why the heck have a shipping method that makes the tracking number completely useless through 95% of the shipment???? I strongly suggest switching to using something far more reliable like UPS or Purolator. The shipping is cheaper and the tracking numbers are actually useful. I really hesitate shopping again with Beyond the Rack for this reason alone. Shipping has turned into a bit of a rip off."
