"BTR is VERY consistent in its process. Communication is constant, shipping is fast once you receive the products from the manufacturer and you've even made returns easy.
If it were not for the fact there is no border duties due to BTR having a warehouse is Montreal (I think that's where it is), I would definitely not be placing orders. That is a total deal breaker for me which I can circumvent with some ebay sellers but even that is never guaranteed. With you it's always guaranteed and clothing/jewelry is top of list for customs and duty taxes."
