Their return policy/process is absolutely atrocious and makes it nearly impossible to return/exchange anything.

Unfortunately, it's hard to judge if a piece of clothing is going to fit when viewing a picture of it online, so sometimes I need to return an item. The process for returning is very easy as a postage paid return label is provided with the purchase. When I've returned items, I get the credit applied to my BTR account to use on a future purchase. BTR is a great online shopping experience!"
