Only 1 big complaint; most items are shipped on time, but not all. Maybe not their fault, still need to be fixed. Either blacklist those item providers or tell us about that HUGE lag time before letting us click buy. Sending delayed updates about more delays coming up is not a solution.

I am currently still waiting for a backpack bag, 1 whole month after ordering...(wouldn't have bother to write any reviews)
