I ordered a duvet set and TWO MONTHS later they hadn't delivered it and when I called they said the product was no longer available. They never contacted me to let me know and I had to wait too months and get fed up and contact them.

This time I ordered three products on the same day. A month later I received one item, even though they said it would be ten days. The second order was just 'cancelled' by them and I have yet to receive the third item, since ever few days I receive an email that its going to be an extra week late. "
