"My experience has not been a very good one. To spite the fact that I ordered my item a month ago I was suppose to receive my order the week of September 20, but that did not happen then I received another email telling me that that it would be in the warehouse the week of sept 27, but again nothing however with the last information that I was given I decided to follow up this morning which I was told that my item was in their warehouse so I left work early to get there before their closing at 5pm once there they told me that the person that I dealth with must of been new because my item was not in the warehouse so I would have to come back. I even mentioned to the person on the phone that I usually get an email telling me what it's here,however the person on the phone stated that Beyond the Rack does not sent out confirmation emails. While I was there the person at the receptiion stated that she will be speaking to management because this was not the first time and that this type of situation was happening more frequently."
"Items came fast! I find shipping a bit expensive. Would like to have free shipping after a certain limit, maybe I would buy more; if not free returns."

"I di not have a good experience with one of your staff...namely " Drew ". I have repeatedly been given credits and then have them disappear when I place an order . She didn't understand the problem and constantly interrupted . Offered me a $10 credit[ yet again ! } so once my present credit is used up I told her I would not be ordering in the future .

"I find the fact that you send out the order in such a disjointed fashion to be somewhat irritating. If I wanted to return the $15 shorts that were sent out by themselves a week or so after the others, I would be unlikely to because it costs $10."

"Usually satisfied with my product, however, I wish each showcase/event came with it's own sizing chart from the company. The general sizing chart has steered me wrong a few times and I hate losing out on a return fee on account of it. My last order shipped leggings (took a very long time and was even delayed further at one point) and the sizing was off. I'll be returning them shortly. I find that I have not been shopping here as much due to these reasons."
