I wore them all day the first time I wore them which almost is never possible with new shoes!! They are light enough for fall and will be great for winter also. "Recently I purchase powerbar portable battery charger from Beyond The Rack. When I received it in the mail I opened it right way because I was so excited to use it. I travel often and thought it would be great to have the convenience of charging my cell phone anywhere anytime. After opening the package and charging it for the recommended amount of time, I found that it didn't work. I tried pluging my iPad into it and also my husbands phone. Nothing worked. I was very frustrated and began to read the instruction on how to return. If I return my item that never worked it will cost me 9.95 to use the shipping label and then I will only be given a credit of the remaining funds on my BTR account. I was not happy at all. seeing as the device has never worked from the start I would like a full refund and not a credit seeing as I do not plan on purchasing from BTR again. Thanks Jacqueline"

I've ordered 3 painting from BTR, and 2 of them arrived in the wrong size which was listed as 18X20 and 2 of them arrived in 24X30

I was hoping BTR would order me the correct size so 3 paintings will all have the same measurements. However they only offered me $80 off my $290

I've asked for a better discount since 2 paintings are incorrect, in the end they told me to ship the items back for a refund."

"BTR gives Canadians a good option for shopping online if you wanna save the hassle of being charged ridiculous international shipping fees not to mention customs and brokerage fees. The prices are discounted on brand names, but I find their selection of clothes are not so good. Also, they don't offer free shipping on returns like some of the other major retailers...which would be a bonus since it's a little hard to shop for clothes or shoes online when you aren't sure of the quality or size. Home furnishings are awesome. Shipping times are pretty bad and meeting the committed 2-3 weeks after event closes is often a challenge."

"Delivery is a bit on the slow side. I have been finding the sizing off. Im a large in the stores but find btr sizing on the small size. My daughter is who usually wears a small to a medium is able to fit in the large sizes. Some times the quality of the clothes is not what I would have hoped for. But I sure do like getting parcels in the mail. "
