I cannot put it together. I called them yet again. Not very happy. Explained my irritation and told him the pieces I needed this time. That was 2 days ago. I called to follow up today about the over night shipping. The rep tells me that they are waiting on me to tell them the parts I need shipped.

Seriously WTF! Hello, we had this conversation yesterday ! I honestly don't know what kind of show they are running over there at Beyond Stores. This has been the most ridiculous ordering and delivery I have ever experiences.

My advice to any ordering from this company would be to "think again". I would have much rather paid a little bit more and actually had the product I ordered. I ordered my bed 6/11/15. It is now 7/16 and I still don't have the full order. Not worth the time or headache!
