"I choose a queen bed from the site. The estimated shipping was to be a couple of days. When it arrived it looked nice. I quickly realized I was missing over half of the pieces to put it together. Aggravated, I called them to get the missing pieces sent out. They were abrupt and somewhat rude. However, they assured me they have the missing pieces over-nighted to me. I waiting and they arrived a week later. Not what I call over nigh shipping :/ ! As I opened this box, now excited that I cold finally put this thing together, it too was missing pieces. They send me the same pieces I already had, plus some of the missing pieces. It has been a little over a month now. I still have this damn thing in my home taking up space at this point. I cannot put it together. I called them yet again. Not very happy. Explained my irritation and told him the pieces I needed this time. That was 2 days ago. I called to follow up today about the over night shipping. The rep tells me that they are waiting on me to tell them the parts I need shipped.
Seriously WTF! Hello, we had this conversation yesterday ! I honestly don't know what kind of show they are running over there at Beyond Stores. This has been the most ridiculous ordering and delivery I have ever experiences.
My advice to any ordering from this company would be to "think again". I would have much rather paid a little bit more and actually had the product I ordered. I ordered my bed 6/11/15. It is now 7/16 and I still don't have the full order. Not worth the time or headache!
