"I ordered what was advertised as a twin bed. Amongst other inconsistencies with the description, the bed arrived and turned out to be an XL twin. I had already purchased the mattress and sheets elsewhere, and this bed did not fit in my son's room. This was also a danger to my toddler son who could easily fall in the gap left by the mattress being too short and the bed being too long. The first customer service person I spoke with was very polite and helpful, after that it went downhill. The next one offered me $20 as a refund--the bed cost me $410. He then told me I should go out and just buy a new mattress. After repeated attempts to rectify the situation with fairness, I turned to my credit card company who listened and was more than happy to reverse the charges for a product that was falsely advertised and dangerous to use. In the end, I spoke again with the original customer service person who once again was level-headed, kind and assured me that is not the way they conduct business. They did honor my refund, but I have never had such rude customer service from a company, let alone one that is rated so well with the BBB. "

The surface isn't clean and there are tiny cracks all over the table. It doesn't look like there is enough effort to get a good table to me in good condition. "

"The wooden steps I ordered for my elderly mother was just what she need to get into and out of bed safely. They were exactly what I ordered and shipped quickly! But is anyone is looking doe these doe their parents just so u know, they still need to be caredul bc the steps are wood and could be slick if they wear socks to bed! Fortunately for me, my mother doesn't! These are a great product and very sturdy and nice and classic looking!"
