"Its hard to know where to start, our experience was so bad.
First, we ordered the item on 12/6, it was delivered to our house in the last week of February- that means it took 2 months to ger here.
We ordered an item that needed to have white glove treatment at our home (in other words, needed to be put together onsite)- Beyond Stores couldn't find someone to put the product together on this end, so it stood at the shipyard for over a month. They told us we needed to call the local delivery people and sort it out. We were stuck in the middle, constantly needing to figure out how to get the product to us. The folks at Beyond never called back when they said they would and kept giving us the run around. It was awful. Eventually they told us that they couldn't find a local installer willing to put the item together for us. After waiting so long and wondering if we weren't being scammed, we threatened to cancel the order entirely, this seemed to trigger something for them and they became slightly more responsive. They agreed to deliver it to us and give us a small discount to find our own installer who could come and assemble it for us.
Poor customer service, we will never do business through Beyond stores again. "
