"it was a great experience shopping from bharatplaza. i should say that there was a delay of 3 days in getting the product but when i received the product i was satisfied with it.
I wanted the salwar for my birthday and I got it. I followed up with them to know if i will get my product before birthday and i got it.

"I placed an order like about two months ago and I still have not recieved it. They told me it would come in a week. All the information was correct and I called them about it like 6 times and they keep telling me that they will send it. I asked for a refund each time and they hung up on me 3 out of the 6 times. I recommend another website. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BHARATPLAZA, THEY ARE FAKE AND FRAUDS."

"This Bharatplaza.com is a CON WEBPAGE. I made the order on 27th January and been tracking on its production. All the while, the customer service told me it is in the process and will be shipped soon. All of sudden, after 20 days where the order should have been in my hand, I received an email saying that the order has been CANCELLED due to material problem. So its online customer service has BEEN A LIE all the time and they asked me to pick other costumes which I found more expensive than my order and when I ask for refund, they have been asking me to wait for another 48 hours, IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS now and yet NO refund made. PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBPAGE!"
