"I've been making several purchases with this company over the last 2 or 3 weeks. I placed the order on the 9/10, it was processed the next day, and available for pickup on 9/12. Now I'm no on-line shopping guru, but I think that's a very promt service.
Amoungst the products I purchased from them in my last order was an Intel 3.0Ghz chip, a product they don't advertise on their web site. After speaking w/ the sales representative (thanks Neil) they went out of their way to accommodate my requests.
All told, I've spent just under 2 grand with them this month. I find their prices reasonable, and there delivery service (including package quality) great. All the orders I've placed thus far have arrived at my house or were available for pick-up w/i 3 days.
I'd also would like to comment on the quality of the sales staff. They not only answered all my questions, but they did so very pomptly. As soon as my order was placed I received an e-mail of conirmation as well as a tracking number to well...keep track of my order :)
Honestly, at this point in time I can't think of anything to complain about. I am 100% satisfied with my purchases from Bigfoot Computers. They carry many top-notch products and provide great customer service. I look forward to future purchases from this company. I highly recommend this vendor for you purchasing needs."

This is all fine and dandy but products dont seem to ship from them all that fast. My purchase still hasnt shipped that I placed 2 days ago, I just received another e-mail saying he hopes to ship it today.
The forums are a little slow especially for product request and the page is not up to date on items that are in stock all the time. *This is not intended to be a complaint at all but an observation drawn from a thread in the forum about this. I truly appreciate commercial sites who have forums, no matter how slow. I understand its unrealistic for you and your staff to be involved as extensively in this as I am sure you would like to be.
Their prices are also pretty expensive on alot of items. I paid $3-4 more for everglide skatez than any other company. Still saved me on shipping though since I was buying from bigfoot anyways.
The above is a critique and not a complaint. I still find their product selection great and customer service very friendly, not to mention they are reliable and I appreciate the forums.
Would deal with them again.

"I ordered a Swiftec MCP300 Water cooling pump from Bigfoot.
I had visited their site often, but hesitated to buy anything. But when I decided to build my own water cooling setup, Bigfoot was the only place in Canada that I could seem to find that specific pump!
I ordered on a Thursday night (w/ the $8 premium shipping option) and my package arrived Monday afternoon around 4:30! Everything has gone flawless.
However I was a bit discourage when I got my invoice and it said in big bold letters "BIGFOOT DOES NOT WARRANTY OR PROCESS RETURNS ON WATER COOLING PRODUCTS" - I still would have ordered the pump, but I would have like to have seen that before I ordered.
*EDIT* To my surprise I was contacted by BigFootComputers, and I was notified that there IS a disclaimer at the bottom of the water cooling page in red letters. Saying "By purchasing this product you agree and understand that Bigfoot makes no warranties implied or explicit with regards to the use of this product and in general our specialized cooling equipment offering.". It was just me that neglected to read the fine print.
I didn't even contact about bigfoot about this, and I was contacted. I am very impressed with the service."
"I bought two 60mm ThermalTake fans from Bigfoot Computers, the only big name seller of simple components I could find in all of Canada! The fans work great, and the box arrived in the same condition it left their hands - perfect. Correspondance was always quick and courteous.
ATTENTION ALL CANADIAN CONSUMERS - Their flat-rate shipping costs in Canada I feel are something that every retailer should implement but few do. I think this is really great, giving everyone from Toronto to Yellowknife to St. Johns the same rate. They have great prices and ship expeditated parcel.

"For the most part I have been pleased with my experiences @ Bigfoot Computers, I have made a few purchases over the past year. The only frustration I have come across is the mis-representation of available stock. On the web-page it states that an item "usually ships within 48 hours", my item took a week due to backorder and was not stated anywhere. This information should be available to the customer before an order is placed and not an after-thought. That is just good business and would have made for better buying experience in my case. My paying extra for the priority shipping became mute when my order took over a week to arrive.
Neil & John were sympathetic to my concerns and delays, they made every effort to get my order shipped out as fast as their suppliers got them the items. They made the wait through communications tollerable and would do business with them again anytime. Thx Guy's!"
"Bigfoot computers offers the best selection of computer gear in Canada. I know this because a couple friends of mine from BC have ordered rare heat sinks from this store.
When I moved to Toronto, Bigfoot was the first store I looked into. They have the cheapest and best computer hardware for overclocking.
My first experience ordering from them was very good. I actually messed up my order and they were happy to fix it up after the fact! My package arrived on time and the packaging was very professional.
The only problem is these guys are a long subway ride from central/downtown Toronto...but they are the only store that has Thermalright heatsinks!"
