"Ordered a Thermalright SK-7 with Arctic Silver 3 and Sunon 80mm fan on Wednesday, November 27. I was a bit disappointed by the fact it only shipped Monday, December 2, but I received my complete package in good condition on Tuesday (which is on target with the 2-4 days delivery they advertised). Prices are a bit high, but if you live in Canada, the flat 6$ shipping is nice, and you can avoid the hassle of customs fee and other unpredictable problems associated with US retailers. Overall, my experience with Bigfoot was nice and I would recommend them."

Night:
I purchased several hundred dollars worth of materials from this company about 18 months ago. Unfortunately, one of the orders was incorrectly filled - not once, but twice. On both occasions, I returned the merchandise to the company at my expense (insured parcel post). For some strange reason, while I was good-natured about the whole episode, the salesperson I was dealing with became impatient with ME. I simply wanted my order filled correctly. After the salesperson threatened to "lose it" in his final e-mail, I vowed never to do business with this company again, and the expenses I incurred in returning their merchandise were never refunded.

Day:
I'm not sure why I went back to this company (as part of my annual computer re-jig). I was surprised to see they were still in business after what I had experienced. However, they had what I needed, it was in stock, so off I went. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an order confirmation and a shipment confirmation with tracking info (regardless of whether these are automated or not, the customer needs to know what is going on). The order arrived relatively quickly, and intact. It was followed by a second order, which will probably be followed by a third in the coming weeks.
