Then I got a call the day after, saying that they'd give me 15% off just to get me to buy. Wow! I placed the order then and there. "As has been stated many times over, these guys are not cheap but usually stock a lot of stuff so if you're looking for run-of-the-mill stuff, you're usually in luck and the stuff is sent to you relatively quickly. However, and this has also been said in numerous reviews, have fun trying to get any customer service out of them or a fair resolution when something goes wrong! Ordered a bunch of OEM parts that they were able to get for me (after several significant delays/backorders, however) and had four carb holders go bad on me after only two months(used all of their clamps etc per their instructions). Each rubber holder developed significant tears and could no longer no be used. After contacting them about it and expecting the same stellar service I had received before on no-brainer orders, suddenly I start getting the run around. They took several weeks to decided what to do and finally, asked me to get a mechanic to write a letter saying the parts were defective which I did but as they were several weeks late on it (well past the 15 days they say they require within which to resolve returns...), I took my time since I figured there was no rush and hey, I'm a busy guys and the parts weren't going anywhere. Besides, defective parts are defective parts no matter how long they sit on a shelf. After e-mailing the letter to them, they rejected it saying I took too long and besides, "we don't offer warranties on anything anyway even OEM parts"...In the end they simply offered to give me 15 bandit bucks if I wanted to reorder the parts. Pretty lame...I'll never deal with these guys again as they appear to be more interested in quick sales than actually helping anybody. "
