"Bikebandit!.com has much to offer but they lack in customer service & they have a terrible process of getting things done in a timely manner. Ordered a pair of Alpinestars Tech 6 boots size 7 on 5/8/13 they shipped on 5/10/13.
When they arrived 5/16/13 I found that the boots were too large for my son (my fault) so I had to ship them back. To keep from losing anytime I shipped them back on the same day 5/16/13 as they arrived!. It cost me $22.11 via UPS. The boots arrived back to BB & were signed for by Jo%e on 5/22/13.
After giving them a couple of days I called to check on the status...their processing time for a return is completely outrageous! It took them till 6/1/13 to credit my account! That’s 8 business days....busy season or not that is BS! I asked for Bandit Bucks instead of crediting my cc to speed up the credit process.
On 6/1/13 they credited my account and I reordered the same boots just a size smaller. They didn't ship until 6/5/13. Trust me they knew after the several calls I made that I really needed these boots to get here. Regarding having to call them expect to be on the phone waiting a very long time unless your placing an order!!!
The more you need and push the more these folks will buck & drag their feet!!!! So I finally received the boots on 6/11/13! The boots are what I expected but I will NEVER EVER buy anything from them because of their return policies & procedures. Look at other online motorcycle/ATV companies return policies...they are so much more user friendly!!!!
If you don't have to return anything to BikeBandit you will be fine I’m sure but if you do you might as well sit back and wait & wait & wait or you'll be lucky to even be able to return the goods!!!!! WORST experience with an online motorcycle/ATV parts & accessories dealer EVER! Stay Away!!!"

"First off let me say I have shopped with Bike Bandit in the past with no problems. Up until this point I recommended them to all of my riding friends and was thoroughly pleased with their customer service and part selection. However, this experience destroyed all faith I had in them and I will not be shopping with them in the future.
I placed an order for about $380 that included a black decal sticker ($35). Upon receiving the item I checked the invoice for the order and confirmed that the black sticker (BB part number 844174) had shipped. The packaging for the sticker made it difficult to see if the sticker was exactly the correct color but it looked black and the numbers matched so I moved on. Upon applying the sticker and removing the covering it was easy to see that the sticker that was sent was the dark gray/silver sticker (BB part number 844173).
I removed the sticker immediately and called Bike Bandit. They told me nothing could be done since the sticker was already used. I would understand If I ordered the wrong part number, or if I did not check the invoice. Until the sticker is applied it is very difficult or next to impossible to see the difference between a dark gray/silver and a black sticker. However, they insisted they would do nothing. I was forced to eat $35 plus shipping over a mistake that their warehouse made. I have no faith in their customer service now and will not be ordering from them again. Why they could not just admit it was their mistake correct it I do not know.
