I called th egirl that helped me with the order was very friendly and did a good job of taking care of my order. The second experience has not yet been completed. I inquired about a specific product that I had found on another website. The initial response was not helpful. I'm still waiting for the second response. "Very bad sense of doing business. I bought two helmets GM54s at a great price they advertised. One large and one XS. They shipped the XS, but said the large one is on backorder. I contacted BB and asked if that is the only color that is in backorder and they said yes. I asked if they can just switch out the color and send me one that is available as I am not picky about color. They said they will have to charge me more. I was surprised, but after much haggling, they agreed to reorder the helmet on an available color. Next day, on not receiving any confirmation, I contacted them again. The second CS rep said he is sorry, but the first CS rep did not actually put the order in. Oook...but I was still cool and said if he can do that now. At the end of conversation, it appeared he put in the correct order for me and we are set. Next day, still no sign of confirmation. So contact BB again. Per CS rep, the item is shows as ordered for me and should receive a confirmation soon. Now, it is the fourth day, still no confirmation and contacted them as to what is going on. This time, after being stern, I found out they re-ordered the same stinking back order helmet for me !! Watch out for these tools!

Update: After seeing this review, Bike Bandit contacted me. I mentioned what my experience was. They apologized and gave me a credit towards a purchase from their website. Although I do not need anything from their site at this moment, but I appreciate them contacting me back on this. I am increasing my satisfaction by 1 star, although this should not have happened in the first place. It gives me the impression that if you get your order right the first time (which will be the case most of the time), you are fine, but if something happens, it is downhill. I understand mistakes, but a mistake over 4 days and 4 person is not really a mistake. I hope the manager that talked to me looks at this incident and improves their service."
