I recently placed this order by phone to ensure that i would have no problems recieving my order. i was informed that this item was in stock and would ship that monday which worked out well because i am in the army and had a rare oppritunity to ride the following weekend with family that was visiting. when monday rolled around i recieved an email saying this was a discontinued item. The funds were put on hold and took two days to get back. i called bike bandit asking why i was told it was there and they said they removed it from the site and it wouldnt happen again. i asked Shalene via web chat if they would expedite my new order so it would be here in time due to their mistake and i was informed it would be another $27 to which i said that wasnt right and they should take care of these issues. when i asked to speak with a manager i was refered back to the 1st number i called. i finaly gave up after a long hold period and checked online to find the same "discontinued" item was being advertised. long story short if you make a mistake, fix it"
