"It's a little difficult to confirm that you are getting the correct part. most sites have a heirarcy that you can follow so you are sure the part you are picking is what you want. Maybe if you had a bar or something that would start with maker of bike / specific type / size ...etc. so the person ordering parts coule look & verify they are getting the correct parts before they order."

"I have had a few low dollar transactions with Bikebandit, and all were satisfactory until I purchased a $400+ helmet, and then things went somewhat poorly.
The wrong helmet arrived (something got missed in the dropship order between BB and their helmet vendor) which wasn't the big deal. Mistakes happen. It is how you fix the mistakes that count.

To make a long story short, it took BikeBandit 10 days to get me the correct helmet. It seems to me that in this day and age if you already have $400+ dollars of a customers money and something goes amiss that you spend the cash to fix your error with an overnight label.

Other vendors would and have.

In this day and age of internet shopping, you can't undercut the price of your competitors, you can only outperform them with service.
