"I'm surprised to read positive reviews of this site, as my experience was very different from others. I ordered a Scorpion EXO1000 helmet as part of a close out sale for a very good price - seemed almost too good to be true. Turns out it was. Three days after I placed the order, and with no phone call, I received an email notifying me that my order had been cancelled due to a back order longer that 25 days. Odd, because on their site it still showed stock and I was able to add the same item to my cart (at a much higher price, of course). I contacted customer support only to be told that the reason the order was cancelled is that they were unable to verify my billing information with mastercard. So instead of contacting me and letting me know, they cancelled the order. I checked the order, and the information is accurate. Called Mastercard, who've told me that bikebandit.com didn't even attempt to charge my card. I offered to re-provide my information, and was told that I could - but they would no longer honor the price I paid for the helmet. I asked for them to match it as I didn't feel I was being treated fairly - and customer service stopped responding to me. How convenient. This is the last time I'll use bikebandit.com and I'll be sure to share my experience with others. There are far better dealers online."

"I wasn't to happy with the wait for what was to ship within 24hrs. I never received my parts for 2 weeks. Only to find out that the plug I ordered was incorrect for my bike. I would own the mistake but I took the word of the online person that the plug was correct. Then I called to fix the mistake and was told I would be refunded and its been 5 days no refund and I had to pay for the new replacement plug plus shipping. Not to mention that I'm not going to have the plug for a trip that I'm doing this weekend 5/13 - 5/16. So I had to go to another location and purchase one for the trip and wait for this one to show up probably not for another week after reordering on 5/11."

"Site contradicts it self on the shipping times. The CS reps are useless.
Per their site, a check of OEM parts availability returns 'Usually ship in 1 to 2 business days'. This is not true. They will not ship in 1 to 2 business days. When brought to the attention of the CS reps, they produce the boilerplate response that shipping policy is 3-5 business days. When asked about the contradictions on their own site, they sidestep the issue every time, falling back to their script.
This is not an isolated incident. Last order of OEM parts also took forever.
On top of the wildly inaccurate shipping estimates the shipping rates are outrageous.
