I like the website, love the return policy, excellent selection of OEM parts, but I keep getting stung by the delivery. I placed my order 6 days ago and it still hasn't left their building for UPS to see it in tracking. I should have spent a little more at the local shop and got it in a reasonable amount of time. I still have 3-5 days of shipping time left to wait, bringing my time up to 9-11 days. Two weeks is not reasonable these days. I have ordered parts they didn't carry after this order and received the parts already.
If you can wait -they are great, if you want to ride- it's hell on wheels."

I ordered a jacket for my wife on a Tuesday, on Friday they dropped the price by more than $20!! I got in a chat with a customer service rep., and even if I had ordered it on Thursday, I would still be out of luck on the price decrease.
*UPDATE*- After I wrote a somewhat negative review of the jacket. I got an email from their sales person 'Stephanie'. She stated I would be given additional 'banditbucks' to compensate me for having to go to scorpion's website for the proper fitment guide (there's was wrong). A day later those bandit bucks didn't show on my account. I contacted them through their live chat, they disconnected themselves from me and ignored me after that.
