"Horrible!!!
Placed an order, called back in 15 minutes to check the items ordered, found that I was lied to about an item, and they were putting a lesser valued item in it's place,then cancelled the order.
Sent email to cancel the order after cancelling on the phone 15 minutes after placing the order. Email response, order cancelled.
6 hours later, another email, order shipped.
I called, they said that it was a mistake, and that they would knock the price down if I accepted the order, I declined.
Left a note for UPS to return to sender.
They received the order back in a few days.

It is now 40 days later, and they refuse to remove the charges from my credit card. Every time I call (10 times) they say it will be removed, and they never do.

American Express is 'investigating'.
I really expected more from them (AMEX) than an investigation, after I sent them a printout of the order with UPS tracking number, and the UPS tracking showing the package returned to sender.

"I tried to purchase a Fuji S5000 from Bilibi.com. I called the company and they said they have it in stock but it would not be shipped until the next day. Acceptable in my eyes so far. I called the next day to get a tracking number and email confirmation. I was told the camera would be shipped out next week Monday. I was already a little questionable because they charged my account for the camera. I called on Monday and was told the camera would be shipped out later that week. I waited til the end of the week with very little communication to the company. Any phone conversations were very short and rude from their end as well. Come the next Monday I cancel my order. They told me that the money would be transfered back in 5-7 business days. Today is day 7 and am worried that my money will not be returned to me as it has not been yet. I tried calling the company this morning and received a message on the main line saying the office was closed. I am quite worried and if I don not receive my payment within the next 24 hours I will be reporting them the the Better Business Bureau of New York."

"Cancelled order after waiting 14 days with the item having not even shipped,and having two different people telling me two different projected shippping dates. Now, 7 days after cancelling, still have not seen my money credited to my account, and the website still shows the order as active. All this despite 2 phone calls and an email.

I suspect that the Item (Fuji S7000) was on back-order. Why else would it take so long to ship. They never mentioned it was a back-order, and the website still shows the merchandise as being "In Stock". Imagine my chagrine when I found "Resellerratings.com" and read up on them. No wonder. Henceforth I will check here before any on-line purchase. Thanks for the service, It's very useful.

UPDATE! Now 16 days after cancellation, and still have not seen my money, and the website still does not reflect that my order was cancelled. I've written email to the company threatening escalation which has gotten no reply. I have also written an email to ****@****, for this is where I initially found "Bilibi.com" with a....(Clearing Throat) 4.5 of 5 star Vendor rating. Never again. I'm coiming to resellerratings.com henceforth. This will not only go to the Better Business Bureau, I think I'm going to forward the link to this review to my Congressmen and Senators.

"I got the upsell phone call the day after ordering. When I declined I was told the DVD Camera I ordered was out of stock - despite the website showing it was in-stock and would not be delivered for at least three weeks. I called back later to cancel the order and when I told the woman on the phone I was calling to cancel I was quickly put on hold for 15 minutes. I gave up and e-mailed this lousy company to cancel my order. A total bunch of scammers! You get what you pay for... "

"I ordered a Nikon D2h digital camera and accessories from bilibi.com on Feb. 18th. They said they had one. It took one month to receive the camera. I bought a Mack 5 year warranty priced at 199.00-they charged me 249.00 and sent me a warranty for 3 years. They charged me 49.00 for a free camera case-which they never sent. The camera was priced at 2580.00-a good price since it has a Nikon US warranty. In effect, they charged me 100.00 too much. When I apprised them of this they said the camera was 2900.00 and was Grey market-it wasn't, so what was my difficulty? Then they got insulting. I still haven't gotten the extra battery, which they maintain is on back order. The salesman was named Jeff. I wouldn't ever buy from them again. I feel lucky I received a Nikon warranty. These fellows are going to gouge you whatever deal you make with them.

"Engaged in the Purchase of a Sony DSC-V1 Digital Camera online, the next day at work a Salesmen called me and sold me a Lens kit and a Bag for an additional $128.00. After I agreeed to the Lens Kit, he started a "Hard" sell on addtional lens and an Extended warrantee~ I had to say No 3 time before I could end the transactiona nd get back to work. After resturning to my desk I checked online to see I f I was getting "Screwed" onthe bag and lens kit; I was. I purchased the Lens kit and bag for $65.00 inlcuding shipping. When I called back to cancel the lens order, my salesman, tried the hard sell again, and this time I told him, that I have already purchased the Lenses somewhere else and that I just need to cancel the Lens order~ He became combative and hung up on me~ I called back and cancelled the enitre order, and purchased the camera elsewhere~ The level of professionalism lead much to be desired."

"Like so many others, placed an order for a Canon camcorder that was listed as available, received phone call wanting to sell accessories at very inflated prices. I didn't buy them and was told camera was not available for 6 weeks. After reading this web site and seeing the history of this company I called and cancelled the order (I hope). "VERY bad experience. I cancelled my order after waiting for 5 weeks for my camera to arrive. I ordered the Sony DSC-V10 digital camera. At first I had to wait a week for the standard company phone call trying to sell me over-priced accessories. I did not fall for it. As they tried to sell them to me I went on Amazon.com and found the same accessories for 50% of the price. Really! The batteries are not $150 a piece!!! I said no to Bilibi's offer of accessories. The guy on the phone then said it would be about 3 weeks for the camera to arrive. I thought this was ok since I received $150 off of the retail price of $600. I waited and waited. Five weeks later it was still on order. The customer service people were very rude each of the 3 times that I called. At one point the woman was chewing bubble gum while talking to me! Further, the last time I called to cancel the man on the phone threatened me by saying that my order was still pending and would take up to a week to cancel! I said it had been pending for 5 weeks and told him to cancel my order. I wish I would have gone with another vendor and saved myself the 5 weeks of waiting time. I was unable to get any nice New Years pictures because I was still waiting for this horrid company to send my camera!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I went with Ibuydigital and my camera arrived in 7 days for $10 cheaper than bilibi. On a side note, the same woman/man answered the phone each time I called and it sounded like it was a just small shop run out of someone's basement! When I was put on hold I received the traffic report in New York. I wouldn't be surprised if my credit card is charged. I have called my credit company and there is a warning for this company as a fraudulent company. Also, the web site never stated that they were a resale company. Total SCAM!!!"

"Worst company I`ve ever dealt with! Ordered on December 25 2003. 2 weeks and no camera. We called. They forgot to send an email telling us it was back ordered. Bilibi informed us that they would be getting a shippment in on Jan 24, 2004. On Jan 28 2004 I called again. I was told that it was still on back order, and that the shipment on the 24th didn`t include enough cameras for everyone. Once again, no email from the company to inform me of this. I then asked when I may receive my camera? Up to a year?. The response was "yes, up to a year"..GIVE ME A BREAK!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..Nothing but a headache and very, very poor customer service."

"We ordered a Sony DCR-TRV 33 camcorder over the Internet on December 27, 2003. According to Bilibi's website, the camcorder was in stock and should ship within 72 hours. When we had heard nothing by Dec. 30, I e-mailed asking for a shipping number. The return e-mail said to call ASAP! I called only to be pressured to order overpriced accessories. When I declined all of these, I was told the item would ship when it came in. I waited until Jan. 6 and e-mailed again asking for a ship date. I was told it was on back order for 2-3 weeks. I have called several times since then and have been continually told "2-3 weeks." I finally did some additional investigating and have learned that they NEVER ship the item unless you buy the overpriced accessories! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission! "

"Bilibi.com is a scam. They bill you in a manner that is only in the interest of them. They called me 3 times trying to sell me a "manufacturer recommended lens". Not knowing exactly what the part was, I finally proceeded with their suggestion with the notion that I could return the accessory if I deemed it unnecessary. Upon receiving the item, I was not satisfied and called their returns department to set up a return authorization.
They would not acknowledge the return because I was billed as a "Kit". So if i wanted to return the entire purchase, I could do so with an additional 15% restocking fee. This is disturbing to me to think this company is "mysimon certified". I would hate to think what the other retail scams non-certified stores attempt. I will not ever do business with this company again.

"I ordered a digital camera Canon PowerShot A80, but first I called to make sure bilibi.com had it in stock. After speaking with a customer representative, and being assured that the item was indeed in stock, I oredered it online. On the next day I received an e-mail asking me to call them because of "verification difficulties", and I did. The only question regarding the "verification" was my name and address, the rest on the questions were would you buy this or that along with the camera. I was supposed to get the item shipped within 2 days, 4 days later there was no e-mail confirmation or tracking number. I called the customer service to check on the status of the order, but I was informed that the item was back ordered and it should arrive in the warehouse in 3-5 days. I became upset on the fact that both the web site and the customer representative either lied to me or were highly unprofessional giving me false information, and simply I canceled the order over the phone, and later received cancelation confirmation. At the time of the cancelation my cretid card was not being charged, thankfully."

"This company is not only HORRIBLE to order from, they blatantly lie to consumers via customer service and blatantly lie to consumers via their website. The WORST offense is the fact that they have logos purporting to be a CNET certified seller, PriceHead.com certified seller, MySimon.com certified seller, and a BizRate certified seller, whereas I did my research and NONE of these companies have BILIBI.COM rated as a certified seller. Quite the opposite. BizRate.com rates them extremely poor, and PriceHead.com responded to my e-mail to them saying they will contact the company to make them stop fraudulently using their logo making them seem legitamate. I also called customer service before I purchased a Canon Optura 20, they said it was in stock, the website said it was in stock, and I got a call several days later saying it will take 3-4 weeks to get my camcorder, so I told them to cancel it. I wrote to BILIBI.COM and copied CNET, PriceHead.com, BizRate.com, and Pricescan.com, to let them know they are being fradulently used as positive referrers. NEVER use this company."
