"Ordered items for my daughter's birthday well ahead of time. The order was never filled and never shipped. Spent five hours and four phone calls with three different Customer Service Reps, none of whom said the same thing, only to be reassured that my shipment was being fulfilled and expedited, and that I would be contacted by a manager shortly. I waited all day by the phone. Called the next day just to be sure, only to be told that they had no record of my previous call, nor the promised expedited shipment, and that it was now too late to send my order. They also refused to refund my order financially until "it was officially cancelled by their corporate office." Again a bald faced lie! This is the worst company, with the worst customer service, that I have ever encountered and judging by the other reviews, I'm not the only one! Save your money and your time and order elsewhere. "
"Ordered items for my son's 6th birthday weeks ahead of time. One of the items ordered was for a party of 8 (all items needed for the party). When it arrived the party plates were missing. I called them. She took down everything , including when I needed them by, and said if there is a problem someone would call. No call. The day before the party I had a credit for a few dollars. I had to go out and buy plain black plates because the theme is not something I buy where I live. Will not buy from ever again!"

"I thought I was getting good deals but half of my order was missing and some products that I did receive were beat up and I'm not happy about that either. I contacted the company via email to let them know some of my products were not in the shipment and I've now been in contact with TWO agents, neither of which have followed up. Additionally, I printed my cart prior to clicking submit order and the company is claiming I didn't order a product when I did. The website won't even allow me to search my order via my order number. I told them to just send the missing stuff and got no response. I would like all of my money back but at this rate, who knows what will actually happen. Ridiculous. Terrible customer service. "

"Ordered 2/22for a party on 3/12 MORE than enough time to fulfill and ship the order. Wrong they messed up one part of the order, reshipped it and messed up again! Order was supposed to be 2 (12-counts) to equal 24 total!! They shipped 2TOTAL ....When I called the 2nd time they said they were sorry and reshipped again 2 TOTAL not the 22 I was missing!!! I could return the messed up order by mail and $7.99 would be deducted from the refund why am I charged for the company'S mess up will never shop with them again for any birthdays or anything else. "I placed an order with all essential items that i needed for my daughter's first birthday. When i received my box i saw there were missing items. I immediately called the company to let them know their mistake. They REFUSED to over night me the items that i needed, that i paid for and that was promised. I was toldthat a supervisor would call me back before 5 the next day. That never happened. I called the following day, still no call back. Called a 3rd time. Was promised to receive a call that following Monday, no call back. I called a 4th time and was finally able to speak with a "supervisor". She was less than accommodating and could not care less about all of the bs i went through. Didnt offer anything to make it right. I did receive a refund for the missing items and the balloons that had HOLES in them, but its still unacceptable. What a waste of a good idea for a business. They need to get their **** together.

"I placed my order a month before I would even need it. A week and a half later I received my order with 1 item missing. I called customer service and was informed that I would have someone contact me within 12-24 hrs. 2 days later still not being contacted by customer service I called back. They had no record of my complaint on my missing item just a msg showing I had called and needed a call back. A day after that I received an email from a customer service rep requesting that I email her back the missing item number and the date of when I needed my item by. I replied to her email with the information requested on the same day. 4 days later with no info on what was going on with my item, I replied to the customer service rep's email requesting information on shipping of my missing item. With no response, 3 days later I called customer service again and after being on the phone for about 15 mins my call concluded with the customer service rep telling me that there isn't any info on my item being shipped or refunded and if I still wanted it ship I wasn't going to be able to receive it in time for my daughter's birthday. However, if the customer service rep would of shipped me my missing item when I replied to her email I would of received it by now. So now it'll take me about 2 weeks to receive my $2.56 refund. How ridiculous is that!?!? Needless to say I was never offered a discount on a future purchase or anything of the sort to keep a customer. I will NEVER purchase anything from them EVER again. It being my first time ordering from them I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED on the follow through and on how their customer service system even functions!! "
"Payment went through twice despite website saying there was a problem and no confirmation received whatsoever. No invoice. No order. Nothing. Just hot my monry in their bank that's all. What a bunch of thieves. Rung them but they kept saying we'll send a request we'll send a request. Until now haven't heard from yhem. That was a total of $350 stolen from me! What a joke! I wish they go to hell. They have no sympathy."
"I will never order from this company again! It was my first order and I hadn't received any communication from them 6 days after placing an order. I called and they said they would "escalate it and someone would call me back". The next day I got an email saying my order was canceled, but only listed some of the items. When I called, the rep said that I had asked to cancel my order (which they say you can't actually do once it's placed on their website). I let him know that wasn't true and he told me he'd "escalate it to have someone let me know if the other items were canceled too, or if it was just the ones in the email". I then had to call back the next day after hearing nothing, only to be told they still hadn't figured it out, but that my whole order was now canceled. What a joke! In the meantime, I now have to find some other way to get favors for the party in 3 days. Ugh!"
