"Horrible! Do not order thru them is my best advice! Ordered last minute for a lego police party. Paid extra for 3 day delivery to ensure it would be here. My order DID arrive on time, however 2 out of 3 items were not personalized. They were completely blank! I called and spoke to Brad, who was very nice. Said he take care of it and get my refund taken care of. It is now 5 days later...just spoke to Zanny, and she said, "Oh it should have been take. Care of..." Yes it SHOULD have where is my refund?!! "I'll resubmit to customer service." I will never use this company again. I only wished I would have read the reviews before I ordered their product. Looks like I'm not the only one that has been screwed!"
"This is by far one of the WORST companies I have dealt with! I ordered personalized invites for my daughters party which came as someone elses name, and information. I called to which they informed me was my fault bc I typed that information in, yeah ok, I typed my daughters name wrong on pourpose. Anyway I finally get to a "Manager" who tells me they will fix it and send me my invites. Oh they send the invites alright the wrong ones again three times until I eventually asked for my money back which was a huge issue!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY."

Everything is perfect. Please don,t beleive the negative comment cause it,s not true. Not for me at least. "DO NOT ORDER- it is the day before my son's BD. Ordered on 5/17. Box not arrived. Called and customer service said it has been returned per my request. I explained that I had no reason to RETURN! Supervisor Brad #1029 told me they would be happy to take new order and CHARGE ME OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. He would have to send to corporate which takes 24 hours to respond. DO NOT USE - no resolution when there is a problem."
"This is the WORST company to EVER order from. They are not willing to put the customer first at all. I have called multiple times on issues and the "supervisor" I speak to ALWAYS assures me its my fault with everything. It was my fault they shipped my package to a totally different city and zip code. Keep in mind my zip code is 14141. It went to some 14209. Yeah that's my fault. Just like it was my fault the sets they have pictured on line are different from what you receive. It's my fault their distributor has a different product than what they sent me 2 weeks before and what's pictured on the web. So I asked for them to send me a different color for the 7 sets I ordered. All they will refund me is 4.79. They're horrible. I have satisfaction knowing I posted on a Facebook group what they did and now a bunch of moms will not order through them. Seriously think twice about this company. They're horrible "
"I placed order in Amazon anticipating 2 day delivery, I realized 1 day before expected delivery date that the item was not going to be delivered for 5 more days. So when I originally placed the order, I must have missed that 2 day shipping was not available. This is my complaint: I asked the representative (Amanda) from "Birthday in a Box" if I could place a new order and pay for overnight shipping, that way I would have the pants for my company event. She said, "No, it would take them 24-48 hours to place any orders". Even when I offered to pay for 2nd order and the cost for overnight shipping they were unwilling to make an attempt to solve my problem! If you are in need of something in less than 10 days, I would not recommend "Birthday in a Box" due to their limited fulfillment capabilities."
"A bunch of flipping idiots! Received my order on the 4th of February, everything was great. Fast forward to February 28th...2 flippin charges on my account from these yahoos! Call them...Sorry sir, we had a computer glitch and corporate says they will refund those charges on Monday 2nd of March. Called Monday..new flippin story..we didn't charge you for the items a month ago, so that's why..but since it wasn't your fault..we will refund you. Today..yet,a nother dang story...call your bak, the in process charge should have dropped off..but we are charging you the other one. I talk to the manager..well, should have just went to talk to a kindergarten class...long story short..STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS!!! Oh..was not concerned if I had any overdraft or even willing to make up for any grievances they may have caused due to their STUPIDITY!!!! Total MORONS!!!"
