"I ordered the Catwoman Mask, Gloves, and Nails Blister Kit, and was extremely upset with the quality of product. The Mask is very large, and does not fit well - it is made of a poor quality foam. The gloves were the big disappointment - the picture makes it look as though they are actually gloves, but they are simply sleeves of material with jagged edges around the hands. Garbage. For the quality of this product, I would expect it to cost around the $10.00 mark. This is a warning for anyone thinking of purchasing this catwoman set - DON'T!"
"I was so glad that my order came earlier than scheduled since I have to pay for expedited delivery. However, was disappointed on the personalized lollipops since the personalized part is not edible paper, they send you a separate sticker sheet that you have, to stick on the lollipops. Whick you do not want to do since the lollipops are wrapped individually. So I just used as sticker for the give aways. :("
"Horrible! Got personalization WRONG not once but TWICE on personalized Santa letter. My daughter opened the letter twice and still can't understand why Santa said "I'm so proud of (another child's name). Manager Greg was unaccomodating and condescending. Matter still has not been resolved weeks later. Don't waste your precious time or money with Birthday in a box, more like disappointment and incompetence in a box!"
