"We received a bits and Pieces catalog in the mail and my son decided to pick his entire Christmas of their catalog. I ordered in December 13th, Plenty of time for the shipment to arrive. When I saw that it had not been shipped by Dec. 17th I made two called an was reassured that my shipment would arrive by Christmas. It is now December 23rd and I just found out that my shipment will not arrive until December 26th and what is worse, When I called Fed Ex they advised me that when the shipping label was created, it was known that the delivery date would be on the 26th. Had they been honest with me I would have had time to purchase other items for my son for Christmas but now he has nothing! Do not order from the company!!"
"Placed order a week before Christmas - gift wrap AND expedited shipping. Received order confirmation. 3 days later, check on order to see that item was not going to be shipped until February. Called customer service to discover that my order had been canceled. CS rep indicated they'd sent an email informing me of the cancelation but, NOPE, no email. Now just hope they haven't charged my credit card."
"I had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered early, nothing happened. Sent an email. No response. I finally called customer service multiple times and got no resolution. Items still aren't here 4 weeks later despite being listed as available. The customer service group is in India and not at all helpful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

"Ordered numerous items early Nov. for Christmas gifts. No confirmation on shipdate. Called cust. serv. in Dec. Though address of company is Lawrenceburg, In. girl I finally spoke with was in Phillipines. Told me items ship date was scheduled for Dec. 10 And may take 2 wks after that to arrive. Today is Dec. 18th and when I checked just now the items have still not shipped. They keep bombarding me with e-mail catalogs saying "Order today and get it by Christmas". "I bought 3 things.. a solar wind spinner, a silver birthstone pendant, and a gag gift the wiener kleener soap. All 3 product were horrible. The pendant was not pure silver it was plated, but you pay real silver price. The wind spinner was ok looking but the light didn't work. The soap was not as pictured, they show it with a bunch of funny sayings on the packaging which is why I bought it (they were hilarious) but when I get it, the packaging is almost blank. The company did say I could mail the products back (at my expense) and they would refund the product price. I proceeded to tell her, either way I'm out money.. $30 for shipping and have nothing, or $60 for crap items but at least then I can show people the dollar store products you sell. (I like that better) Not to mention I have tried writing reviews on their site but they won't post them... no wonder there is no reviews on the actual site."

"On November 7,2018 I placed an order for puzzles. The money immediately came off my paypal account that I paid with. I called a week later to see the status and the lady told me it had just shipped and would arrive within 10 business days. November 23 still no order.... I call back on the 23 and the lady I speak to this times tells me the order is still waiting to be shipped sometime in the middle of December. I must add she was very nice and apologized. I told her it wasn't her fault but I wanted the order cancelled. She never hesitated and cancelled the order right away before I had to open a claim with Paypal. Don't waste your time with this company. I wish I would have read reviews before I did.

"realized I had ordered 300 piece puzzle rather than 1000 piece I wanted and called customer service to correct it as order still had not shipped but told it was too late as order being processed already but they assured me I could correct it after order shipped and in the end they refunded the price of the mistaken item and the shipping so I was able to order the item I wanted at no additional cost. Their delivery time is slow and it was a week for them to ship the items but aside from that I have ordered from them before and happy with my puzzles and happy with the solution. Not sure why so many very negative reviews."

"I received a catalog from them. I had never heard of this business before. I found an item that I wanted to give to my granddaughter and husband for Christmas. It was to be personalized with their names. The item was a cheeseboard in the shape of a wine bottle. I ordered it on November 11. I called them on December 13 to find out why it not had been delivered. I got some song and dance about it taking longer, that they had been busy, etc. A day later I got an E-mail that it had shipped. It got here after Christmas on December 29. When I opened it, I found it to be a total piece of garbage. A plastic "thing" in the shape of a bottle with a white cardboard piece glued to it. No personalization, nothing!!!!!!! I could send it back, but I am sure that I will never see the $30 plus shipping. I will have to write this off. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS. Unless you enjoy being lied to and you are happy with substandard merchandise. "
"This will be the last time I order from these idiots. I ordered well in advance of the Christmas cut-off, on Dec 15th, and the package will not arrive until Dec 27!!! In the year 2017, it is absolutely unacceptable for an e-commerce company to be this inefficient. They didn't even bother handing the package off to FedEx until Dec 19, and then they used FedEx SmartPost to ship it - the SLOWEST and most INEFFICIENT shipping service there is! And they decided to do this during the holidays!
Oh well... just another nail in the coffin of the mom & pop e-tailers... and people wonder why Amazon is ruling the world of online shopping. THIS is why."
